Roto NT Multi fixture line is equipped with:

a) micro-ventilation

b) tilt latches

c) wind-protection block

d) handle turning lock

e) 3 anti-burglar mushroom head locking devices

f) anti-burglar protection for lower hinge

In contrast to most manufactured windows, pivoting sashes in Avante windows are provided with hardware over their entire perimeter, as are tilt-and-turn sashes. This is slightly more expensive, however it is the best way to assure higher window tightness. Standard Secustik handles may be substituted (at an extra cost) with keylockable handles or push-button lockable handles, which improve the security level. Roto NT Designo hardware

Conventional window hardware with exposed hinges create a few minor problems for window users:

- hinge cover caps are sometimes lost

- white cover caps tend to discolour after a few years

- hard to clean recesses are formed

Roto Designo hardware is provided with the hinges hidden inside the window.   
Only the window handle is visible. This solution eliminates the drawbacks   
mentioned above and ensures identical tightness along the entire perimeter  
(the top window hinge is the crucial issue in conventional hardware).

Swisspacer warm edge spacer bar

Swisspacer warm edge spacer bars eliminate thermal bridges. Moreover, they improve window aesthetics, especially when it is covered with wood-like veneer on both sides. There are 5 colours options available: white, grey, black, light brown, dark brown

NEW Swisspacer Advance - even lower than before PSI rate:

0.039 for single spacer in double glazed windows (previously 0.048)

0.037 for double spacer in triple glazed windows (previously 0.046)

Simply - better heat transfer coefficiency for the whole window. Reduces the likelihood of condensation on the edge of the glass.
